Before you arrive – If you are not feeling well, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment for a later time.
When you arrive – Please enter the building and check in at the front desk. When you are not receiving treatment, we ask you to wear a mask at all times in the office. If you do not have one, a mask will be provided to you. You will see that our waiting room has socially distanced seating.
As you enter your clinical room – you will be asked to rinse with a hydrogen peroxide rinse for 60 seconds, to reduce oral microbes, before the procedure begins.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.
We have installed 8 Hepa Air Filtration systems throughout the office and we have fans in our windows blowing inside air outside.
Cleanliness & Sterilization – Our team members clean the entry area, doors & door handles, reception area, front desk, credit card machines, etc. frequently throughout the day.
